The installation was very simple and very well organized: provide all the tools available and were of high quality, with the exception of key kitsch, are now permanently added to my tool bag. I am disabled with a much lower back pain and arthritis conditions, but this car does not hurt me one bit.While I'm still in my conditioning workout program I have been feeling the benefits from this machine near studio quality. I will provide updates on this question in the future. Overall I am very satisfied with this product, either during the installation and operation.

I have an elliptical exactly one week after ordering. Fast enough!

For people like me is not that mechanically inclined:
Has an extra pad in hand, which is attached to the top of the elliptical. Need someone's hand firmly against the unit and pull squeeze the rolling mat for you to be able to adapt to the outside of the disk and reinstall the end of the common agricultural policy. Otherwise, the hat is wrong.
When you slide the panel on the workpiece supportscrews pre-installed – Remember to tighten the screws. The book does not say expressly to do so.

I watched the AFG 4.0, but was taller and bigger the horizon of the former 78th-Can the ex-78 with 8 'ceilings and I feel I have scratched my head on the ceiling. I think the ex-78 is almost as smooth as AFG 4.0.

For some reason, I seem to lean, as I am inclined downwards, rather than on an inclined plane – I can use directly.

Fan is really nice, but it is easy to hard.

In all I like the elliptical. The only thing I think is missing is a wireless heart function.

– UPDATE –
After using the machine, I had several problems:
~ Given the speed is not right, it should be 5.0 to 2.4, the three visits, repair company said that the problem is with a magnet, and hopefully a visit to repair the fourth resolve the problem.
~ Based on my weight and how I had a leg FLEX Iplastic left pedal squeak. I think I have finally resolved themselves. Silver blade roll under his legs and step and creak.
~ I'm on the elliptical compensated, as was the carpet. At high speeds, ranging elliptical so that it is difficult to read my heart.

I bought an elliptical machine Amazon, 6 November 2009. I put a couple of weeks later. Absolutely loved the workouts and smooth, quiet free cross trainer. Half of January has gone haywire lights, electronic engine, but we have no control over the program, the resistance or incline. I have three messages left with the Diamondback. Plus, now I have sent 5 e-mail through the site. Each time I received an automated reply that someone will returnI'm beginning to think now, probably never. Do not buy this or any other Diamondback elliptical, because the warranty is worth it.

Different ramp positions engage different lower body muscle groups. When moving the ramp from the bottom to the top, you’ll feel various muscles engage and disengage–the lower positions activate all muscle groups, while the higher positions isolate glutes, quads, and calves. A variable stride length, from 21 to 24.5 inches, offers even greater diversity to your workout.
