I live in apt complex with a fully equipped fitness center, bottom right, but I discovered that I was still afraid of the gym, especially during peak hours. After having carefully read reviews, I decided to take on this treadmill. I min is set at around 30 folds easily and takes up very little space. I had him a week and every day. You sweat less than 10 min. Watching TV while you arrange to pass the time faster. You have to driveHandlebars, but I discovered that I was still able to run and even run them. I recommend this product if you are the type of anti-social, and how to practice without anyone around. Belt is usually part for, but not a big problem for me.

There was nothing to do at this meeting. I love it, works well for me because I'm only 5'2 "and overweight. If you go, it moves quickly, so I had to sit on the back of the 2×4 so that is not so fast, I have this weight off my body, then remove the 2×4, because I'm short of breath goes so fast. good investment for me.

My only complaint is that the tilt adjustable. Other than that it works well and is very easy to assemble. Ideal for small areas and provides excellent exercise.
