Everyone loves appealing food. There are many foods that people start to love because of their taste and smell and they continue to in take big portions of theses foods, which cause them to gain weight. And when they get over weighted, they try to look for other foods which can help them to lose weight. Sticking to the raw food weight loss diet can help you to lose good weight.

If you have never tried a raw food weight loss method, you should give it at least one try to see if it works for you or not. But how you can do this dieting?

It is very simple perhaps it is easy way for losing weight. In the raw food weight loss diet, all you have to eat is the food in raw which means that anything or everything you eat must be in raw for. For example, if you need to eat carrots and cabbage, eat them without cooking.  The raw food diet works in two ways. First it fills up your stomach without providing any extra fat calorie and secondly, it keeps your stomach full for long time and you feel less hunger all day long.

You can eat different fruits and vegetables in raw form like carrots, radish, cabbage, capsicum, broccoli, salad leaves, mint, oranges, apples, bananas, pears, peaches, mangoes , strawberries, tomatoes, cucumber etc. theses all fruits and vegetables helps in filling your stomach without creating weight gain problem for you. Along with that the nutrients and vitamins they contain are really good for your health so now you do not need to skip your meals instead you can eat as much fruits and vegetables as you can. If you like lean and you think you can eat it in raw, you can try sushi because all the sea food it contains is in the raw form which you can easily eat while you are following raw food diet plans.

Eating fruits and vegetables in raw form do not lose the nutrients value that disappears in the process of cooking but still if you think you need to follow this plan and you need vegetables to cook; you can only boil them for five minutes not more than mentioned time. It will satisfy your cooking sense and will give you the same nutrients value as raw vegetables because these veggies are half cooked and half raw. You only need to boil those vegetables which require little cooking but not all. Some vegetables like carrot, cabbage and salad leaf require no cooking. You can use them as it is but some vegetables like spinach, potatoes etc needs to be cooked before you can eat them and if you have capacity to avoid these vegetables which need cooking, you can avoid them while accomplishing your raw food diet plan.

So eat your raw foods and enjoy weight lose as much as you want and you can keep going your diet for long time without any health problem.
