For non-mechanically inclined person, this elliptical with the hours of painful and frustrating to 4 +. I lost some records randomly, etc., but not great together. The installation of video on the website of Masai was very helpful, but do not be fooled into thinking that 10 minutes to build up is easy.

So, after hours of painful kit for this machine – did not work! Not much to screen () will be the management of this machine. I called the manufacturer, who would not speak to me, do not provide valuable information. I suggested to fill in a form that you send an e-mail. After completing the form, I received a response (e-mail), told me that apparently "on possible solutions to operating problems. After one or two days, decidedI would spare parts for all electronic components (real-Einstein). They wrote that they send me the tracking information could be "as soon as it becomes available. After several days of waiting, I ask you a question, which would be issued. Then I was told that only" and gave it to send information monitoring, once wrote. That was 5 days was, I know that Fed Ex will have 5 days to update their tracking. I wrote another e-mail to askTracking Info. Not answer. Once again, I wrote another e-mail – still awaiting a response. I can not comment on the machine itself, because it works! Despite the fact that is new and does not work, speak for themselves. Customer service is horrendus! Reliable, NAME. There's a reason why I have never heard of them!

I decided to buy this book, despite the other bad reviews, and now I'm sorry. Videos seemed pretty convincing, so we decided to buy us. This is my husband and I about 3 hours to assemble. There was a lot of bolts and washers, and some of them were not even in class. I only once, and makes a loud bang and clicking noises, you can feel the pedals and handlebars. It is also very fragile, I can not go too fast because it starts moving on this pageSide. Do not waste your money on this machine! I'm trying to get their money back. Not a value of $ 300. Spend a little 'brand known. We are looking to buy a Proform, only $ 100 more, and are very robust and has more features.

I bought an elliptical for about a month ago. First, that my friend and I had so now together. Instructions for use is quite funny. Cuts images of the game are completely different to see. There are so many small pieces of various sizes and are almost the same size, as indicated in the manual. And there is not enough washers to connect the computer, so we had to buy more. However, we have the machines and 2 weeks later,broken. If I knew that it was really cheap, I would never spend hundreds of dollars. I am a single mom and thought it would be a good solution for the shape and not always too expensive gym membership. And the worst is that nobody has contacted me back by the company. I was playing tag with them for almost 2 weeks. Do not buy this machine! It's bullshit! I want my money back. The next time I want to spend money and buy from the company known for quality andCustomer service.

This product is a waste of my money. Trends are difficult to track, and I could not understand the difference between the size of bolts and washers through the drawings in the instructions. It 'been a puzzle to understand what parts to use. The car does not feel quite stable and slip resistance to life only with each other. I had to rip half the car to return on a tape too. I'm afraid that reccomed this product to others.
