Overall, I think it's really great bargin 95Xi. I two years ago and lost 70 pounds and now I have a V02 max that would let me run a marathon. I also bike to the rowers in Concept line, weight train the trainer, the balance on the Bosu trainer, stretch and weighted bars and much more to go.
However, the central 95Xi is my practice, because the aerobic capacity of the open door through which you can (do).
