			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When we talk about definition of fitness, we are referring to the procedures and ways in which we can take care of ourselves through doing different workouts and physical activities. There is as such no predefined definition of fitness because people defined it in their own terms and statements. Some people think that fitness is health and some people think that remain slim and smart is fitness. But no one has complete version of definition of fitness till now.</p>
<p>If we talk about media, they are giving us wrong impact about fitness. Like for example, you might have heard on TV that if you do not have the six pack abs, you do not lie in the list of fitness or if being women you are not fifty KG, you are not fit but the true meaning of fitness is that your body works in proper order and you remain healthy for long.</p>

<p>You have the potential of fighting against the diseases and you can survive in very hot and very cold weather in normal conditions. But this does not mean that you start to gain weight and start eating unhealthy food. If you have <span id="more-166"></span>everything normal, you are healthy and you are fit.</p>
<p>Your normal weight, normal height, normal body mass and normal activities will show that you are fit. But to maintain your fitness and health, you need to perform some special things.</p>
<p>The first thing that will help you to lie in the list of people who are fit is your stamina.</p>
<p>For example, your stamina in doing games, exercises and your stamina in fighting against diseases. If you are strong enough to handle these situations, you are totally fit. You do not need to build six packs just to show that you are fit and healthy.</p>
<p>Your diet is another very important factor that can help you to remain healthy for longer and for this, you have to eat fresh foods. I do not say you should completely avoid fast food but it is okay occasionally, not regularly. Stick yourself to home made food and use fruits and vegetable in your diet. Eat fish, chicken and meat in less quantity and before eating it, make sure they are fully cooked and tender. Regular exercise and sports are very helpful for maintaining a fitness level. It does not mean that you need to build muscles but daily exercise of half an hour to one hour is enough for keeping you healthy, fit and active for long time. You are perfect if you know how to maintain yourself and what to do for living a healthy life and what to avoid.</p>
<p>So this was a simple definition for fitness that is obviously not the perfect but better than other definitions of fitness. If you are healthy and you have stamina to fight with your sickness, you are fit and you lie in the definition of fit people. So stop thinking to build muscles and maintaining your weight on fifty kilos and start looking for all activities hat can make you fit in real.</p>

<p>Cardiovascular fitness is also known as cardio respiratory endurance which refers to the ability of body with which it provides nutrition and energy to all the body tissues, organs and cells. This component of fitness is ensured when you run for a longer duration of time or swim on regular basis. The swimming and running provides oxygen and energy to all the body parts which will contribute to the cardio fitness. The aerobics is the best way for women to improve their cardio respiratory endurance.</p>
<p>Muscular strength may be defined as the strength of muscles to exercise or exploit power.  The more the force is applied by the muscles, the more strength it gains. This <strong>component of fitness</strong> can be improved with the proper work out in gyms if you do not do heavy household or physical work in routine life.</p>
<p>The muscular endurance refers to the force which is applied for a long period of time to do certain force related task. To sustain muscular endurance people usually do sit ups and push ups. Lifting self on your arms and hanging for long period of time in which you try to lift your body on your arms can also be regarded as the muscular endurance activities.</p>
<p>Increasing the flexibility in your body will ensure the strength of your joints as with greater flexibility you can bend your body. It is good for the backbone health.</p>
<p>Body composition is the weight of a person that includes the bones, fat and the blood inside the body. The body composition is what which is addressed usually by the exercises and weight loss diet.</p>

And when they get over weighted, they try to look for other foods which can help them to lose weight. Sticking to the raw food weight loss diet can help you to lose good weight.</p>
<p>If you have never tried a raw food weight loss method, you should give it at least one try to see if it works for you or not. But how you can do this dieting?</p>
<p>It is very simple perhaps it is easy way for losing weight. In the raw food weight loss diet, all you have to eat is the food in raw which means that anything or everything you eat must be in raw for. <p>Eating fruits and vegetables in raw form do not lose the nutrients value that disappears in the process of cooking but still if you think you need to follow this plan and you need vegetables to cook; you can only boil them for five minutes not more than mentioned time. It will satisfy your cooking sense and will give you the same nutrients value as raw vegetables because these veggies are half cooked and half raw. You only need to boil those vegetables which require little cooking but not all. Some vegetables like carrot, cabbage and salad leaf require no cooking. You can use them as it is but some vegetables like spinach, potatoes etc needs to be cooked before you can eat them and if you have capacity to avoid these vegetables which need cooking, you can avoid them while accomplishing your raw food diet plan.</p>

If blood pressure increases dramatically during the stretches, the person will be seriously threatened with bodily concerns and must be immediately rushed to the nearest medical facility. This routine of stretches should be performed at least thrice a week for six weeks in order to gain maximum results.</p>
