Eight limbs of yoga
Yoga refers to traditional physical and mental disciplines originating in India. It focuses on developing a healthy body and mind and to achieve self-consciousness.
Yoga practices and disciplines are available to everyone regardless of their cultural means or otherwise, can follow-up.
Yoga practice also includes general awareness of developing countries and, by Yama and Niyama, ethics and discipline of a series designed to promote harmony with others, and in our real unity of the individual level of itself.
Yoga has been practiced for thousands of years of ancient theories, observations and principles of the relationship between spirit and body composition.

Ancient Indian sages are divided into eight paths or limbs: Hill, Niyama, the method for position, the adjustment of interest rates, pratyahara, sized, meditation, yoga and systematic philosophy Samadhi.
Each of these arts express the different aspects of yoga and consists of a mixed path or a combination of yoga practices, the physicist, in the mental, emotional and spiritual benefits.
Hades – Hades is tied to how we can live in a quiet, sincere sharing of security of moral discipline in the world. Niyama – these themes related to staff, focused on healthy living, which respect the life and qualified.
Athanasios – The word asana means ‘yes‘ in a position to hear. The asana is to develop a healthy mental and physical care, any way prejudice any position a single physical, mental and emotional, like a balanced approach and social assistance.
The method of adjusting interest rates – the strategy of adjusting interest rates, we have developed techniques of breathing, oxygen increase and strengthen the capacity of the lung, but also to improve the absorption of prana or life force. The simplest form of yoga involves breathing deeply and completely.
Use the – from pratyahara that we own in order to complete the absorption and internal focusing. This stills only approach that the concentration of thought, and lead to profound tranquility.
Zen – After the meditation is just to attack, or meditation – sitting there and not focus on quiet, no ideology, only emptiness.
Samadhi – the absolute freedom of the individual in this state of existence of the universal soul and the soul of the individual unions. This is a practice with all life.
