<p>Moreover, people enjoy going this kind of yoga due to multiple relaxing movements. It is a system developed in 1990, by Christopher Harrison who is the founder of Anti Gravity Inc. It is done usually by using an antigravity hammock. It is a special fabric which is hung with the overhead points. It helps the body of the yoga practitioners to feel the positions of their body while they are swinging in the air. Positioning a body is much easier when the hammock is used. This facility is now available in quality and high class gyms. However it is a new art, it is expensive. It has combined yoga and acrobatics to give you a health friendly mechanism which makes you release tension creating thoughts in your mind and position your body in the ways which will ensure fitness. Well, you cannot practice it at home. You need to visit the professional classes with hammock to do it.</p>
<p>In the beginning of this anti gravity yoga the instructor aims at the decompression of your body so calls for placing the feet on the floor while rest of the body on the hammock. This position will let you be comfortable with the hammock. Your instructor will guide you about the positions and body movements which are required to generate cardio respiratory endurance along with flexibility. The people who are familiar with the yoga practice may find it easy to understand and do this one with hammock but the laymen need more guidance.</p>

<p>Athanasios &#8211; The word asana means &#8216;<strong>yes</strong>&#8216; in a position to hear. The asana is to develop a healthy mental and physical care, any way prejudice any position a single physical, mental and emotional, like a balanced approach and social assistance.</p>
