I decided to cancel their gym membership and buy an elliptical machine, because it is mainly what I have in the gym anyway. But I wanted to look at the experience of "fitness" of DVD or TV at work. I had a TV mounted on the wall, but I likeFlexibility, my TV is available for other purposes. I have a treadmill that television booth last Friday. The product was exactly as advertised! It's amazing, but races (often added as above) and the instructions for adjusting the position that I could see (mechanically challenged). My 19 "LCD TV is perfect for them.
