This is a great elliptical machine. The only problem was transportation. They package so that it is safe and flop back across the border sent. Box jagged hole and side walls and other parts were damaged. When I saw the new part of society have sent (the fight was not to pay additional transport costs) and new pieces were also in the nature of the box for transport. That says to me is their normalReturns procedure (without popcorn or airbags or styrefoam here). This time, however, the pieces were scratched and chipped, which are adequate, so I just do not look too hard with the damaged parts. This is an elliptical good, but I would say to buy it, where you can take, and not with their practice of packaging terrible.

Do not waste your money on Proform – Disappointed – Elkhorn, WI
I bought a Proform elliptical series of 400 in December. Since December, I had a well-functioning machine. The disorder is the first time I tried to use the machine. It 'was just that Proform installed the first production use, I had an electrical fault. I made several attempts to contact customer service (by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with). After several days trying to be waiting for contactHours at a time, I finally came to a situation, a service tech to look at the computer. Resolved within three days of unrest, which have a new problem starts. Consistent performance and I thought I might be gone this time with the purchase of machinery less. Wrong, the only thing that my wallet is thinner and carpets, where the broken machine is still at rest. In short, poorly manufactured equipment, and by far the worst customer service I have ever faced.
ProForm 320 – Roberto – New Jersey
Had to use our Proform 320 for 6 months before the green light. Call Center: is $ 150, you could see what was happening. Other parties were $ 90. Then the type of service was back together for another $ 75. Total: $ 315. Hey, this is what I paid for this new brand. Suppose that it is outside, waiting to GarbageMan. I do not buy this elliptical from Amazon. I have a point of AAFES (good eye for your money.) Company Proform. This is just my opinion, I think itwhat is worth it.
Waste of Time – SJ – USA
Product broke out of the box. Proform called and offered to send me a role that he thinks could be bad, but I have to pay for transportation, even if it was broken from the start. Part of it is on the back, to estimted no date of delivery. Until then, I have a very expensive clothes hanger to dry my clothes. When I got the part I need to understand how to operate the old 1 and received a new 1 without instructions.
